Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Second Bloom online store and to every purchase you make on it. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Products

Our products are cosmetic products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Always read the instructions, perform a patch test before first use and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

3. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if payment cannot be confirmed or if we suspect fraud. In that case you will be fully refunded.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy, available at the bottom of every page.

5. Personal data

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
